Deposits

A $100 deposit is required at the time of booking an appointment, this deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due at the time of your scheduled appointment. In the event that you need to change or cancel your appointment, Pretty N' Ink should be notified, you may reschedule once, but rescheduling more than one time will result in an additional $100 for a rescheduling fee.

Cancellation

If you are a no-show or late (15 mins+) to your scheduled appointment, you forfeit your deposit. When you cancel without giving proper notice, we miss the opportunity to fill the spot with a client on our waiting list. You will need to pay another $100 to reschedule your appointment.

In the event that you cancel your complimentary 6-8 week touch up appointment without notice or don't show, you forfeit your free touch up. Should you choose to reschedule the appointment (within 12 weeks of the initial appointment), the cost is $100. If the date is after 12 weeks, it will be $175.
